Accredited Training Centre
Pusat Latihan Bertauliah (PLB) Kemahiran
- Pusat Latihan Bertauliah (PLB) Kemahiran is a training centre accredited by CIDB to implement skills training programmes for certification of Construction Skills Competency Certificate (SKKP) Level 1 to 3.
- Interested training centres must be registered as a recognised organisation such as a business / company / association / cooperative / others. In addition, the training centre is required to provide room to hold training according to the trade / programme, as well as have sufficient financial capital.
- Training centres interested in becoming a PLB can submit an application manually to CIDB using Borang Permohonan PL22 (Application Form).

Supervisory & Management
- The Supervisory & Management Certified Training Centre is a training centre accredited by CIDB to implement supervisory and management training programmes for certification of Construction Skills Competency Certificate (SKKP) level 4 to 6.
- Interested training centres must be registered as a recognised organisation such as a business / company / association / cooperative / others. In addition, the training centre is required to provide room to hold training according to the trade / programme, as well as have sufficient financial capital.
- Training centres interested in becoming PLB can submit an application online through CIDB's CIMS system based on the User Manual (in Malay) - PLB Supervisory & Management Application.
