This is to remind to all Gred G7 contractors, in compliance to CIDB's circular letter: surat pekeliling bil. 2/2006; It is compulsory for Gred G7 contractors to obtain the ISO 9001: 2000 certification on 1st January 2009.

Failure to comply with the circular would enable CIDB to lower their gred from Gred G7 to an appropriate grade.

In order to facilitate contractors to get certification of ISO 9001: 2000 at minimal cost, CIDB has developed ISO 9001 D.I.Y scheme. An application to register the said scheme is available at any of the CIDB branches in Malaysia.
