Objectives

The MIIE 2009 will provide high quality information, networking and discussion opportunities for construction industry stakeholder on IBS in Malaysia and the international arena. In expanding the thematic focus on IBS Integration, the aim is to provide a meeting point for global, regional and local players to:

 

•  Foster a 'meeting of minds' on he understanding the technical issues concerning IBS whilst a 'heads up' on the significant contribution of IBS construction to sustainable communities, innovation and developing the modern workforce;

• Engaged participation of leading individuals and organization thus reinforcing the on-going scenario of collaboration in the area accelerated delivery of IBS construction through partnering to secure and undertake challenging opportunities in innovative construction;

• Focus on particular topics of significant interest in the areas of building regulations, certification and quality assurance and other critical aspects of making a success out of IBS construction.
