e-Bantuan @ CIDB
The main purpose of this E-Bantuan portal run by CIDB is to receive various types of feedback such as complaints, inquiries, suggestions, criticism and praise. This portal allows us to electronically collect and analyse feedback in a customer friendly method and also to enhance the quality of our services.
Through the Customer Portal, management, deployment, collection and feedback are systematically done. The aim for this application is to increase the convenience, accessibility and quality of interaction with the customers in order to reflect the friendly service provided.
